Your sincere meditation practice
Meditation has been talked a lot especially now during the uncertain quarantine times, we all realized mental health has to be between the top 3 priorities in your personal wellness. As your practice grows you really begin to see things differently. Is just like wearing glasses after years not knowing you had a huge number.
And this Practice It’s directly connected to something that 98% of humankind lack: Discipline. In one of the ancient Indian epic, the Mahabharatha, Vyasa tells us that if we only carry our duties we would achieve everything we aspire. The actions we establish for ourselves will get us closer to our goals, dreams, and good health only if you do them.
As humans, our true nature is to be imperfect and we might compromise in a couple of things, hence our meditation practice discipline has its setbacks. Again because you are not alone in the mountains and able to meditate all day, and even if you were, maybe your thoughts would be so loud that you wouldn’t be able to concentrate.
The thing is to try to face each day, “dancing” through the distractions by the commitment to choose a particular time every single day for your practice. It’s said that when someone tries to learn something at the same time, every single day that person will receive the aspiring knowledge.
So my dear message from the heart is: be kind to your future self and do good to you NOW. Sow your seed of happiness TODAY. Do your meditation even if for 5 minutes. But start, where you are, with what you have, with the crazy voices inside your mind. Just start.

1- Take long 10 deep breaths.
2- Concentrate on the exhalation, give a pause in between the next inhalantion.
3- Repeat it for as many times as possible. You will achieve the results by doing it daily. And sticking to your practice.
Creating a mindful daily practice will help you decrease your anxiety levels, it will improve your happiness levels and will help you live a fulfilling life. Your sleep quality will improve and you will be way more productive in your daily activities.
